Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been delivered, do let us know at the earliest within 3 Days of delivery.
You can write to us at [email protected] . Our representative will contact you and may ask for some details about the product delivered or defaults therein. We expect your co-operation and support in completing the process and that will allow us to resolve your complaint expediently.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not responsible and does not guarantee refund or returns for cases where:
- Goods are purchased using discount coupon.
- Sale item can not be returned or refunded.
- Items are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
- Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient.
Cancellation of order is not allowed once goods are out for delivery.
